SInger/Musician
For singer, songwriter, and musician Pamela Mary, the stage has become a second home of sorts. The Houston, Texas resident has a unique sound that is mostly 90s country mixed with a little bit of rock and Jesus. Pamela has graced stages at some of the most popular music venues in Texas, including Dosey Doe in The Woodlands, Firehouse Saloon in Houston, and Thirsty Armadillo in Ft. Worth. She has also performed at Houston’s Minute Maid Park, NRG Stadium and the former Compaq Center, as well as the Hobby Center and Wortham Theater.
Pamela Mary is currently hard at work creating music for the release of a new EP in 2021. Some of the songs that will appear on the EP are co-written with Grammy-nominated songwriter Clay Mills (“Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It” by Darius Rucker, “Beautiful Mess” by Diamond Rio.) In addition to the EP, Pamela continues to build a team around her that includes some of the music industry’s top names, such as vocal coaches Tom McKinney (Maddie & Tae, Demi Lovato, Beyoncé), Brett Manning (Keith Urban, Miley Cyrus, Leona Lewis), and live music producer Amy Wolter of Tom Jackson Productions (which has produced shows for Taylor Swift and Shawn Mendes). She is also a member of a mastermind group headed up by former Taylor Swift manager Rick Barker and consults with multi-hit songwriter Brent Baxter.
In addition to music, Pamela has dedicated much of her spare time to the improvement of her health, as well as the health of others. She is a health coach and a Wahls Protocol® Certified Health Professional, and she teaches others how to live healthier, more fulfilling lives via nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications. She assists in the creation of nutrition and workout plans for women in her coaching group, “With You.” Pamela was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in April 2016, and she is working toward leading beach retreats to help women newly diagnosed with MS. Pamela Mary also enjoys doing extensive research in functional medicine, health and fitness, and neuropsychology, and she is currently pursuing her doctorate in Psychology.
